Welcome to MZ Diagnostics M/Z Diagnostics was founded in the spring of 2011 to develop, validate, and commercialize novel diagnostic applications for implementation on mass spectrometry platforms that address critical clinical needs to improve patient care. Our introductory effort has focused on the rapid detection of β-lactamase activity, responsible for conferring resistance to penicillin-class antibiotics, for use in hospital-based clinical microbiology laboratories.
